Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 0-1 year experience in a full-service kitchen environment
- Must have and maintain an active Handlers' Card (Serv. Safe)
- Ability to communicate with the team
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency
- Maintain punctuality and attendance
- Ability to move safely in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, with help for heavier loads
- Good or correctable vision
- Ability to adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 0-1 year experience in a full-service kitchen environment
- Must have and maintain an active Handlers' Card (Serv. Safe) and adhere to local food handler requirement

Job Duties
- Responsible for full cycle: load, run and unload machine ensuring that all dishes, glassware, flatware and silverware are properly cleaned at proper sanitation temperatures and are ready for service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for pots, pans and trays that need to be hand washed
- Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine
- Sort and stack clean and dry dishes and transport them to cook's line and proper storage areas
- Change dishwater in dish machine every hour
- Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions
- Sweep, scrub and mop floors
- Maintain the dish pit clean and clean garbage cans with water or steam
- Never touch dirty dishes before touching clean dishes without washing hands first
- Monitor and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately
- Clean and scrub walls
- Clean and prepare various foods for cooking and serving
- Notify Manager anytime dish machine wash or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures and monitor the temperatures throughout the day
- Continuously seeks opportunities to improve the customer experience and follows safety and sanitation procedures consistent with OSHA, Department of Public Health and Risk Management guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
