The PM Dining Room Host/Hostess position at Chick-fil-A Winchester Rd plays a critical role in creating a welcoming, clean, and comfortable dining environment for guests during the evening hours. This role is a blend of genuine hospitality and attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and order within the dining area. The role requires consistent availability from 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday, making it ideal for individuals looking for an evening shift.

In this role, team members are expected to provide Second Mile Service by engaging with guests through friendly greetings, maintaining a positive attitude, and delivering memorable hospitality that enhances the dining experience. Responsibilities include delivering meals to dine-in guests, providing beverage refills, assisting with mobile orders, and ensuring guest areas are clean and well-stocked. Duties also involve thorough cleaning tasks such as sanitizing tables, chairs, and highchairs, performing frequent restroom checks, sweeping and mopping dining room floors, vacuuming area rugs and mats, and completing detailed end-of-night cleaning and closing procedures.

Physical demands of the position include frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, pulling, pushing, vacuuming, and mopping throughout the shift. Team members are required to safely move chairs, rugs, mats, and cleaning supplies while maintaining attention to safety and sanitation standards.
