Responsibilities include setting up event spaces, draping tables, preparing beverages, and placing centerpieces, alongside delivering food service and clearing tables effectively. The role also covers post-event duties such as bussing tables, storing linens, maintaining cleanliness in service areas, and organizing storerooms. Additionally, the position involves preparing break stations, handling food and beverage preparation tasks, and ensuring the dining area maintains a pristine and welcoming environment. Team members interact professionally with guests and colleagues, manage guest inquiries, handle special dietary requests, and uphold the venue's safety standards.

Ideal candidates for this role are those with 2 to 4 years of food service experience, preferably in banquet settings, with exposure to high-caliber 4-star or 5-star venues known for synchronized service. Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits is important, as is the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a true passion for creating outstanding guest experiences are critical to success in this role. The compensation for this position ranges between $15.00 to $15.50 per hour, reflecting the candidate's experience and skills.
