Our focus on continuous improvement and innovation has made us a leader in the food industry, ensuring that our consumers receive safe, reliable, and high-quality products. As a dynamic company operating in a fast-paced environment, we emphasize teamwork, safety, and professional growth opportunities for our employees. We are currently seeking a bilingual Operations/Plant Supervisor who is fluent in English and Spanish to join our team. The Operations/Plant Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse and production support functions to guarantee efficient material handling, proper inventory management, and smooth coordination with manufacturing activities. This position requires an individual with proven experience in food manufacturing, warehouse operations, inventory control, purchasing, as well as team supervision. The candidate will be responsible for supervising the movement and storage of raw materials and finished goods, maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting purchasing processes, and ensuring workplace safety. A valid forklift certification or the willingness to obtain it is essential, along with a solid ability to operate forklifts safely.

In this leadership role, the Operations/Plant Supervisor will manage a team of warehouse personnel, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to foster a productive and motivated workforce. The supervisor will closely collaborate with production, purchasing, and other departments to ensure production schedules and customer demands are met without disruptions. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are necessary to improve warehouse efficiencies, optimize inventory control processes, and identify workflow enhancements.

This is a full-time position offering excellent opportunities for career advancement within our growing company. Candidates with previous supervisory experience in food manufacturing environments who have strong organizational skills, bilingual fluency, and proficiency with inventory systems and Microsoft Office software are highly encouraged to apply. We offer a supportive work environment with competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
