Efficiency with wood fired ovens is a plus

Job Duties

Assembling pizzas and other menu items such as wings, salads, sandwiches, etc. on a line according to recipe
Prepping foods and sauces necessary for a successful shift
Stocking pizza line and other applicable stations
Collaborating and communicating with staff and management throughout entire shift
Checking the quality of food before serving to guests
Ensure kitchen is clean, sanitized, and equipped with the proper tools
Setting up and breaking down pizza line and other kitchen equipment
Notifying a manager anytime kitchen equipment is malfunctioned or product falls below health safety standards
