Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Pizza Roller to join our dynamic team. As a Pizza Roller, you will play a critical role in the preparation and supply chain of our delicious pizza products across multiple cafe locations. This position offers an hourly wage of $18 and the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in dough handling, ingredient preparation, and inventory maintenance, all within a friendly and fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our cafes remain well-stocked with fresh pizza dough and cheese, uphold high standards of cleanliness, and adhere strictly to recipe specifications. Additionally, this role supports operational smoothness by maintaining equipment sanitation and coordinating supply needs with supervisors regularly.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum 1 year of experience in food preparation or pizza making
ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
willingness to follow safety and hygiene protocols
reliable and punctual
effective communication skills
ability to work flexible shifts including weekends

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in pizza preparation or similar food production role
ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
good communication skills
attention to cleanliness and food safety standards
ability to work independently and as part of a team
basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation procedures

Job Duties

Check with cooks or food preps at each location on how many pizzas they might need
prepare the shredded cheese for pizzas
distribute pizza dough and cheese to the cafe locations
maintain the pizza traveling container cleaned and sanitized
toss out any old pizza dough, replace with new pizza dough and write it down on waste sheet the amount of pizza dough tossed out
leave rolling table and mixer completely clean at the end of their shift
maintain cleanliness of pizza pans and transit racks
make sure every store is completely stocked up with pizzas and cheese for the remainder of the day and the next morning
communicate with supervisor weekly on what they need per week on their pizza supplies i.e. cheese, yeast, flour, sugar, oil
keep the outside area of location clean and debris free
help wash dishes at cafe if time permits
abide by recipe along with weights and measurements
