As a Domino's Pizza Insider at Team Next Level, you will play a crucial role in both the customer-facing and operational aspects of the business. This part-time or full-time role offers a dynamic and engaging work environment where your efforts contribute directly to the success of each store and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will range from precise order handling, both in person and over the phone, to assisting with pizza and menu item preparation in accordance with Domino's standards. Job Duties
- Receive and process customer orders in person and via phone ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Assist in preparation of pizzas and other menu items according to Domino's standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Provide excellent customer service addressing concerns or questions promptly
- Manage cash and payment transactions accurately and responsibly
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet store objectives
- Perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the store to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
