Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid driver's license preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift)
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Strong communication and customer service skills

Job Duties

Providing friendly, efficient service to every guest
Taking accurate phone, online, and in-person orders
Answering customer questions and resolving concerns professionally
Preparing fresh pizza dough and ingredients
Slicing, chopping, and portioning toppings and other food items
Assembling and preparing pizzas according to company standards
Maintaining food safety, sanitation, and quality standards to ensure every guest receives a great product and experience
Executing customer orders accurately, including special requests
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Supporting fellow team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience
