We are currently seeking a skilled Pizza Maker and Cook to join our team on-site at the Halidom Eatery Italian Stall. This position offers both full-time and part-time shifts, providing flexibility to accommodate various schedules. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, plus tips. Full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), 401(k) retirement plans, paid time off of 12 days per year, and four paid holidays annually.

The Pizza Maker and Cook at the Italian Stall plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality food to our patrons. This role demands a strong background in pizza making and back-of-house (BOH) operations, emphasizing accuracy, responsibility, and passion. The successful candidate will be responsible for running the kitchen efficiently, ensuring smooth service and maintaining food quality standards. They will also be involved in recipe development, research and development (R&D), and creative culinary processes that uphold the stall's reputation for excellence. Ordering accuracy and inventory management are key components of the role, requiring organizational skills and attention to detail.
