Job Requirements
- Strong pizza making and BOH background
- Experience running a kitchen
- Accurate and responsible ordering
- Passion for recipes, R&D, and creation
- Legal authorization to work for any employer in the US
- Ability to work full or part-time shifts as needed
Job Qualifications
- Experience in pizza making and back-of-house kitchen operations
- Proven ability to run a kitchen efficiently
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Passion for culinary creativity and recipe development
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Legal authorization to work in the US
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook pizzas and other menu items to high standards
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently including inventory and ordering
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Develop and refine recipes through research and development
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service
- Assist in training and supervising kitchen staff
