At Greek's Pizzeria, we are passionate about serving up incredible, freshly made pizzas in a welcoming, family-friendly environment. We take pride in our food and our community, and we are looking for high-energy individuals to help us deliver a great dining experience from the moment guests walk in the door to the last slice!

The Role

We are looking for versatile, enthusiastic team members to join our crew! In this cross-trained role, you will be the heartbeat of our restaurant; splitting your time between crafting our signature pizzas in the kitchen and providing top-notch service to our guests in the dining room. Whether you are tossing dough or taking orders, you will play a key part in keeping the restaurant running smoothly.  Once you've been trained in both areas, we are happy to accomodate your preference as a back of the house or front of the house employee, but we do like for everyone to know how to do both jobs.

What You'll Do

In the Kitchen (Pizza Maker):

• Prepare and stretch fresh dough, and craft pizzas to our quality standards.

• Prep fresh ingredients, ensure a clean work environment, and handle closing responsibilities as a team

• Monitor oven temperatures and bake times to ensure every pizza comesand order of breadsticks come out perfectly.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment in compliance with food safety regulations.

In the Dining Room (Host/Server):

• Warmly greet guests as they arrive and manage seating in a fast-paced environment.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders, answer menu questions, and offer recommendations.

• Deliver food promptly and check in with tables to ensure a fantastic dining experience.

• Process payments, clear tables, and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area.

• Handle all carry out and 3rd party orders  and ensure accuracy with the customers and drivers.

• Restaurant experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person!

**We are looking for individuals who can work during the day, where a typical shift is from 9am-3:30pm and in the evenings, when a typical shift is from 3-9:30pm.
