Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year culinary/kitchen experience, preferably making pizza
- Ability to clearly communicate with team members
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift 30lbs on a regular basis
- Must be flexible to work nights and weekends based on business needs

Job Duties
- Work closely with the Culinary Team to support café operations
- Understand and adhere to the Erewhon brand and café menu
- Prepare pizza dough by hand-stretching, sauces, and various toppings including vegetables and meats
- Monitor pizza oven temperature and cooking times
- Prepare high-quality pizzas following company recipes
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Clean workstations and ensure all utensils and cooking equipment are sterilized before use
- Assist in preparing and cooking various food items in compliance with quality standards
- Perform opening, closing, and side work duties according to the Culinary Manager's instructions
- Complete end of day inventory and other opening/closing duties per company checklists and procedures
- Maintain proper food temperatures and store food correctly
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, equipment, and coolers
- Assist the Culinary Team with incoming orders and proper storage
- Operate basic kitchen equipment safely
- Follow knife safety procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
