Maintaining safe and sanitary food handling practices is a must, as is monitoring equipment temperatures and keeping the station clean and well-prepared for service.

Job Duties
- Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- Assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
- Operate and be an expert in the "Dough-Pro" dough mixer
- Support line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
- Prepare all necessary items for the pizza station as needed
- Practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counters, knives, and equipment
- Maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
