Job Duties
- Prepare and cook pizzas based on established recipes ensuring consistency and high-quality standards with every order
- Follow portion control guidelines to maintain cost efficiency and consistency across all pizza orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen prep areas and food storage spaces in line with food safety standards and company guidelines
- Set up and stock pizza-making stations with all necessary ingredients and equipment ensuring the kitchen runs efficiently
- Prepare pizza dough sauces toppings and other components in advance for smooth and efficient service
- Cook pizzas in the oven ensuring they are cooked to perfection and served in a timely manner
- Keep the pizza prep station clean sanitized and well-organized and ensure all kitchen equipment is in working order
