Job Requirements
- Prior pizza making experience
- Ability to stretch pizza dough and make pizza
- Reliable transportation
- Willing to travel throughout the Dallas area and suburbs
- Current food handler's certification
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Prior pizza making experience

- Previous experience in catering, food service, or the food industry is highly desirable
- Previous work on a food truck is a plus
Job Duties
- Stretch and top 16 inch NY Style pizzas
- Manage pizza dough proofing
- Operate pizza ovens to cook pizzas to perfection
- Prepare pizza sauce with specific recipe
- Use professional knife skills to slice and portion ingredients efficiently and safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station, adhering to food safety protocols at all times
- Support the owner and pizza chef as needed
