Job Requirements
- standing for extended periods
- ability to walk short distances
- capability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
- ability to push and pull trays and dollies
- occasional climbing of stairs or ladders
- valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- access to an insured vehicle for delivery
- ability to perform repetitive bending, crouching, squatting, and reaching
- proficiency in using basic tools and equipment such as pencils, computers, telephones, pizza cutter, and pizza peel
Job Qualifications
- ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- effective communication with team members and customers
- proficiency in following and executing recipes
- knowledge of safe food handling, food storage, and sanitation
- ability to engage and work well with others
- attention to detail with a passion for making great product 100 percent of the time
Job Duties
- assist in food preparation
- consistently prepare and serve food according to presentation standards and recipes
- maintain a clean and sanitary work station including all food prep, sanitation, and storage areas
- prepare a variety of food items accurately and with quality
- manage and ensure quality of each step of the product life particularly the production-line
- document and report any discrepancies with food products, safety, and equipment if necessary
- setup kitchen successfully for next shift including opens and closes
