Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license for the required vehicle type
- Commercial driver qualification requirements met
- At least 21 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
- No relocation assistance offered
- Commitment to follow safety procedures
- Ability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy objects
- Availability to work full-time
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous delivery driving experience preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Self-starter with initiative and ability to work without direct supervision
- Willingness to attend training sessions
Job Duties
- Pickup and deliver new and retreaded commercial tires, casings, and related products between locations, customers, and dealers
- Maintain and build customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
- Assist with loading and unloading commercial tires, casings, wheels, and wheel assemblies while following safety procedures
- Complete all required documentation with each delivery
- Provide exceptional service aligned with Goodyear's service goals
- Keep all equipment records and maintenance logs, including DOT logs, up to date
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- Perform manual tasks such as lifting, standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods
