In addition to preparing dishes, team members are responsible for managing portion control, minimizing waste, maintaining cleanliness, and following strict food storage protocols including First In First Out stock rotation.

This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy collaborating with others, and have a passion for food and hospitality. Team members must be well-organized, proactive, and able to maintain excellent hygiene and safety standards. The role also includes responsibilities such as receiving deliveries, notifying senior staff about stock needs, helping foster a positive work environment, and adhering rigorously to health and safety policies, including HACCP guidelines.

Besides the rewarding opportunity to work in a pioneering restaurant concept, Pick & Cheese offers valuable benefits such as medical insurance eligibility for hourly employees working 30 or more hours weekly within 90 days, and 401(k) eligibility after one year for individuals aged 21 and older. The company supports staff development and values a proactive, detail-oriented approach, making this an excellent career opportunity for culinary professionals who are eager to learn and grow in an innovative setting.
