The opportunity available is for a Plastic Surgeon role in the Seattle and Tacoma areas. This position offers a unique work-life balance with a flexible work schedule, allowing the surgeon to focus solely on surgery two to three days per week without the burdens of administrative or marketing responsibilities. This setup allows surgeons to maximize their clinical skills and deliver top-quality patient care while maintaining a healthy personal life. The compensation package is highly competitive, ranging from $350,000 per year for a two-day workweek to $750,000 per year for a four-day workweek. This allows surgeons to choose their preferred workload and adjust their earnings accordingly.

Job Requirements
- doctor of medicine degree
- valid state medical license
- board certification in plastic surgery
- minimum 3 years of relevant surgical experience
- ability to perform cosmetic plastic surgery procedures
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- willingness to work flexible schedule 2-4 days per week
- adherence to professional medical standards and ethics
Job Qualifications
- medical degree from an accredited institution
- board certification in plastic surgery
- valid medical license to practice in Washington state
- minimum of 3 years post-residency experience in cosmetic or plastic surgery
- proven track record of successful surgical outcomes
- excellent communication and patient management skills
