Job Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board eligible or board certified status in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Prior experience or demonstrated interest in hospital-based care
- Ability to manage a high patient volume effectively
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible daytime shifts including 7 on/7 off schedule
- Eligible to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Provide high-quality inpatient medical care to patients
- Manage an average patient load of 14-17 per shift
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurse practitioners and specialty physicians
- Utilize available intensivist support for complex cases
- Maintain excellent communication with patients and families
- Participate in flexible shift scheduling including 7 on/7 off daytime shifts
- Adhere to hospital protocols and standards of care
