Job Requirements

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution
  • Board eligible or board certified status in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Prior experience or demonstrated interest in hospital-based care
  • Ability to manage a high patient volume effectively
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible daytime shifts including 7 on/7 off schedule
  • Eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide high-quality inpatient medical care to patients
  • Manage an average patient load of 14-17 per shift

  • Utilize available intensivist support for complex cases
  • Maintain excellent communication with patients and families
  • Participate in flexible shift scheduling including 7 on/7 off daytime shifts
  • Adhere to hospital protocols and standards of care
