Job Description

Bryn Mawr is a picturesque community located along the historic Main Line just west of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Known for its rich historic character and charming, walkable neighborhoods, Bryn Mawr offers residents and visitors a vibrant town center filled with a diverse array of local shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. The town’s beautiful tree-lined streets and suburban comfort make it an ideal location for those seeking a blend of urban accessibility and a serene suburban lifestyle. With convenient access to Philadelphia's bustling metropolitan amenities, regional rail transportation, and numerous parks and recreational facilities nearby, Bryn Mawr stands out as a desirable place to live and work.

This opportunity is offered through a specialty-specific representative at CompHealth, a trusted healthcare recruitment organization dedicated to placing the best interests of physicians and healthcare professionals at the forefront. CompHealth’s personalized approach ensures careful attention to candidates’ needs and preferences, addressing both major career challenges and finer details. This position is specifically focused on cardiovascular care within a physician-owned private practice in Bryn Mawr, providing an excellent career path with lucrative partnership opportunities.

The role offers a Monday through Friday schedule combined with shared, rotating night and weekend call duties, supporting a balanced professional and personal life. The practice delivers a full spectrum of inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular care services, including hospital rounding every four weeks, ensuring comprehensive patient engagement across various settings. Applicants will join an established cardiovascular team supported by advanced practice providers (APPs) who assist with inpatient rounding coverage, allowing for a collaborative and efficient clinical environment.

The practice benefits from on-site diagnostic resources such as a full echocardiography and vascular laboratory, PET/CT imaging, stress testing, and complete outpatient cardiac monitoring. These tools equip cardiologists with essential diagnostic capabilities to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients. The setting is open to board-certified and board-eligible cardiologists, including current fellows, providing opportunities for both new graduates and seasoned professionals. Compensation and contract terms are negotiable, with dedicated assistance from CompHealth’s experienced recruiters who manage contract negotiations, interview coordination, and licensing processes, enabling candidates to focus on their career and clinical practice.

This position represents a chance to join a highly supportive healthcare environment where the administrative burdens are minimized through professional support teams, allowing cardiologists to prioritize patient care. Physicians stepping into this role will benefit from a collegial environment, ongoing professional development opportunities, and the potential for partnership within the practice. Overall, this cardiology opportunity in Bryn Mawr combines an attractive lifestyle location with a fulfilling, well-supported professional position geared toward long-term career growth and success.
