Pho Prime is currently seeking dedicated Line Cooks to join its talented kitchen team. The Line Cook role is essential in maintaining the kitchen's efficiency and ensuring the consistent quality of every dish served. This position requires a keen eye for detail, an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for food preparation and presentation. Line Cooks will be responsible for performing a variety of food preparation tasks, from chopping and prepping ingredients to cooking and assembling dishes according to established recipes. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 6 hours per shift
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • Physical ability to bend, stoop, and lift moderate weight
  • Willingness to follow food safety and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Perform food preparation tasks
  • Prepare ingredients then cook and assemble dishes as indicated by recipes
  • Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner by restocking ingredients at your station and meeting prep times
  • Set up and clean station according to restaurant protocol
  • Maintain a clean work station area, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves
  • Follow appropriate food safety guidelines
  • Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients and products
  • Maintain a clean workspace by cleaning before, during, and after shifts
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the kitchen shift leads and managers
