Job Requirements
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
- willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- at least six months of retail experience preferred
- prior Walgreens work experience preferred
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
- capability to engage customers and resolve issues effectively
- ability to maintain store appearance and merchandise displays

Job Duties
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience
- registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
- engages customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services
- resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience
- recommends items and trade-up or companion products to customers
- processes voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed
- operates pharmacy systems to obtain patient prescription status and reports errors to pharmacist
- keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised and maintains inventory records
- implements asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss
- ensures compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
- constructs and maintains displays including promotional and seasonal merchandise
- assists with interior and exterior store maintenance
- complies with company policies and maintains respectful coworker relationships
- attends training and completes assigned personal development tasks
