We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. This position involves delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience by engaging with customers warmly, registering sales on the assigned cash register, and providing courteous, efficient checkout service. The role requires proactive interaction with customers and patients by greeting them, understanding their needs, and offering assistance with products and services to ensure an outstanding shopping experience. The Cashier will also resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, uphold Walgreens’ service standards, and cultivate strong relationships with valuable customers.

This hourly position offers a competitive salary range of $19.7 to $21 per hour. You will be part of a team dedicated to maintaining a clean, well-organized store environment, assisting with product recommendations, and operating pharmacy systems under the supervision of the pharmacist on duty. The role includes responsibilities such as processing transactions, handling returns and exchanges, managing cash, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding regulated products such as tobacco and alcohol.

In addition to customer service duties, the Cashier contributes to inventory management, merchandising, and store maintenance tasks. The role is fundamental in supporting company initiatives for asset protection, quality improvements, and promotional display execution.
