Inizio Engage is currently building a nationwide team of field-based Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives for a contracted position supporting Pfizer, one of their key clients. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity ideal for individuals seeking to begin or grow their career in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. The role centers on increasing awareness of high and at-risk patients for COVID-19 by engaging healthcare providers (HCPs), urgent care centers, and retail pharmacies. Reporting to the Area Business Manager, the Field Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will be responsible for educating healthcare professionals about COVID-19 risk factors, disease progression, and treatment options, ensuring that preparedness regarding patient identification is effectively communicated. This position requires operating within a dynamic team environment that promotes high collaboration and the sharing of innovative ideas.

The role will also require the establishment and maintenance of strong working relationships through regular calls and ongoing contact with customers. Sales efforts are strategically planned with a focus on local market understanding and tailored approaches for each territory and account. Additionally, representatives will provide P1 support to physicians, answer inquiries such as drug interactions and supply availability, and utilize only approved promotional materials that align with regulatory compliance. The role demands maintaining an expert knowledge of the product portfolio, patient education resources, market dynamics, and healthcare trends that impact sales and engagement strategies.

Other responsibilities include reporting, inventory recording, and compliance training, alongside active participation in required sales conferences and training sessions. This position offers competitive pay with a salary range of $52,000 to $96,000 per year, reflecting a candidate's experience, skills, and business needs. Inizio Engage emphasizes work-life balance by offering comprehensive benefits packages designed to support employees personally, professionally, and financially. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, generous paid time off, 401(k) plans with company match, life and disability insurance, paid parental leave, and company-paid holidays.

Inizio Engage prides itself on fostering an inclusive workspace that embraces diversity of all kinds. They are an equal opportunity employer committed to fair hiring practices, including considering applicants regardless of criminal history in line with applicable laws. The company ensures reasonable accommodations are provided, and candidates are expected to adhere to ethical standards during the hiring process, including restrictions on the use of AI tools during interviews unless authorized. Overall, this role at Inizio Engage offers a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about healthcare sales, wanting to make a tangible impact on patient care by supporting COVID-19 treatment awareness and preparedness.
