Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cooking or culinary experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Good physical stamina to stand and perform kitchen duties for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

- Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions
- Adhere to special requests and special diet orders
- Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours
- Operate standard commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all sanitation production regulations
