Job Requirements
- Minimum three years culinary experience
- Ability to travel frequently on short notice
- Must maintain professional appearance
- Experience in housekeeping and errands
- Strong organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license for chauffeuring duties

- Proficiency in coordinating household maintenance and supplies

Job Duties
- Serve breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, each meal about 800 calories
- Develop a written food menu summary with weights and measures for approval
- Shop for fresh ingredients including fruits, vegetables, fresh fish and chicken
- Prepare and serve dinner parties on weekends, holidays and special events
- Maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and clean up after meals
- Keep house organized, in good repair and clean
- Run errands to markets, pharmacy, pet store and other stores
- Coordinate with gardeners, pool maintenance and house repairs
- Manage checking account for house expenses
- Ensure executive cars are clean, washed and gassed
- Schedule dealer services and perform some chauffeuring duties
- Travel within the United States with executives on short notice
- Coordinate swimming pool and landscaping maintenance
- Maintain fresh flowers in residence
- Dress professionally including chef uniform when appropriate
