Job Description
St. Mary's Villa, a Covenant Health Affiliate, is devoted to providing compassionate and patient-focused care to every individual who seeks our services. Located in a serene and supportive environment, this 64-bed facility is renowned for delivering comprehensive care with empathy, excellence, and wholehearted compassion. At St. Mary's Villa, the philosophy centers around combining the latest innovative practices and therapies with a timeless commitment to treating patients with dignity and respect. Families trust us as a long-standing provider where each resident is treated like family, and each interaction is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in their lives.
We are currently looking to add a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Attendant to our team. This role is vital in supporting our resident's daily living activities and ensuring that their needs are met in a respectful and professional manner. The position is part-time with working hours from 7am to 3pm, providing a balanced schedule for those who seek meaningful work combined with flexibility. The starting pay rate reflects the beginning of the pay scale and will be adjusted according to the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
The Personal Care Attendant will work under the supervision of a licensed nurse to provide direct care to our residents. This includes assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility. The role also involves housekeeping duties, laundry, and assisting with medication administration where appropriate. This position requires a genuine heart and a strong commitment to bringing the best to every individual interaction. If you are someone who values patient-first care and finds fulfillment in nurturing and supporting vulnerable individuals, St. Mary's Villa offers a rewarding environment to grow your career while making a significant impact in the community.
