Job Requirements
- Minimum three years of culinary management experience in athletic nutrition setting
- Knowledge of nutrition needs for athletes
- Ability to develop and implement menus focusing on nutrient-dense meals
- Familiarity with food safety procedures including FIFO and HACCP
- Experience working in a professional culinary environment
- Ability to oversee and manage staff
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
