Providence now seeks a board-eligible or board-certified general cardiologist to join its elite team of 14 cardiologists and 3 cardiothoracic surgeons on a per diem basis. The cardiologist will play a vital role in patient care by conducting echocardiographic imaging, including transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE), and may also have options to perform remote imaging interpretation when off campus. The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary cardiovascular team equipped with state-of-the-art technology and supported by 24-hour hospitalist coverage to ensure seamless patient management.

Candidates should have formal training and proven expertise in echocardiography, and experience in nuclear cardiology is considered advantageous although not mandatory.
