Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift and assist clients as needed

- Commitment to client confidentiality and privacy
Job Qualifications

- Completion of PCA or HHA training preferred but not required
- Ability to follow care plans and health protocols

Job Duties
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor client health and report changes to healthcare professionals
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families to ensure quality care
- Attend weekly orientations and participate in ongoing training sessions
- Support clients with mobility and exercise routines as prescribed
