We are currently seeking full-time and part-time Patient Services Supervisors to join our dynamic team at Lutheran Hospital, located at 7950 West Jefferson Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN. This position offers a competitive hourly wage between $20.00 to $23.00, based on experience, and features flexible scheduling in a fast-paced, rewarding work environment with ample room for professional growth within the company.

The role of the Patient Services Supervisor is central to ensuring an exceptional dining experience for patients by leading and supporting the Server Team. The successful candidate will oversee the patient dining experience, ensuring that food service goes beyond expectations through outstanding hospitality and personalized attention. This includes assisting patients with the ordering system, helping with menu selections, and following up to guarantee satisfaction with the meals served. The Patient Services Supervisor must have a strong commitment to customer relations and employee management, fostering a positive and efficient dining environment.

This position specifically demands someone who is passionate about food and service, ideally with some experience or a strong understanding of healthcare or patient/resident dining service operations. Communication skills are paramount as the role requires significant interaction with patients and team members alike.
