Job Duties
- Assist in management of hospital dining operations
- Supervise activities in Cafe, Retail and Patient Services areas
- Lead and support the Server Team to deliver exceptional patient dining experience
- Engage with patients to assist in ordering and menu selection
- Monitor food service quality and ensure compliance with healthcare standards
- Prepare communication documents including summaries, reports, and letters
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for daily administrative tasks
