We are currently seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 to join our team at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest in Allentown, PA. Allentown is the fastest-growing major city in Pennsylvania, situated conveniently near Philadelphia, known as the "City of Brotherly Love." This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of 20 to 25 Sodexo frontline associates, overseeing all facets of the patient meal program to ensure regulatory compliance and enhance overall patient satisfaction. The position demands a dynamic leader capable of coordinating daily operations, managing food service quality, and fostering strong relationships with clients and healthcare professionals.
As a Patient Services Manager 2, you will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and service excellence. Your leadership will help drive the team's success by implementing strategic plans and ensuring compliance with HACCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and Sodexo’s internal standards. Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum two years management experience
- minimum two years work experience in food or culinary services
- proven leadership in employee engagement
- experience in culinary production
- knowledge of safety and sanitation compliance
- strong communication skills
- ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- ability to foster a positive team environment
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum two years management experience
- minimum two years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
- proven track record of employee engagement leadership and supervisory experience
- culinary production experience with strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility and professionalism
- enthusiasm and confidence to drive employee success
- strong organizational skills
