Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience
- minimum of 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
- dietitian or nutritionist background strongly preferred or significant exposure to clinical nutrition services
- food service experience in healthcare or similar regulated environments
- intermediate or higher technical/computer skills
- strong communication skills
- commitment to sanitation, safety, and patient-centered service
