With operations spanning over 15 countries, Aramark proudly serves millions of customers every day by providing tailored dining solutions and efficient facility management services. Rooted in a mission of service and united by a commitment to excellence, Aramark aims to support communities, partners, and employees while fostering an inclusive and dynamic workplace environment. The company is known for its focus on employee development, diversity, and sustainability, ensuring a positive impact on both people and the planet.

Aramark Healthcare is currently seeking a Patient Services Manager to join their dynamic team at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, TX. This full-time role is crucial within the Food & Nutrition Department, where the Patient Services Manager will play an integral part in developing and executing innovative dining solutions tailored to meet the diverse nutritional needs and preferences of patients and customers. The selected candidate will leverage their expertise in technical training and nutritional standards compliance, particularly government-mandated health regulations specific to the healthcare sector, to implement healthy menu plans and optimize patient satisfaction.

As a Patient Services Manager, the individual will oversee all patient food services, ensuring adherence to established healthcare standards and quality benchmarks. Central to the role is leading and developing a committed team responsible for meal preparation and delivery, fostering an environment of excellence in patient care and hospitality. The manager is also expected to conduct patient rounds and interface directly with hospital departments to gather feedback and make service adjustments accordingly. Supervisory responsibilities extend to managing the diet office, service ambassador program, tray line operations, and the room service program.

Leadership is a core aspect of the position, requiring the use of Aramark's coaching methods to motivate and nurture team members' growth, while also recognizing and rewarding employee achievements. The Patient Services Manager is accountable for driving team performance aligned with client expectations, organizing daily briefings, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations across all operations.

Maintaining strong client relationships is vital, as the manager must ensure effective communication, understand client needs, and uphold Aramark's customer service standards. Financial acumen is also critical; the Patient Services Manager assists with financial statement preparation, meets client and company financial targets, and applies operational and inventory data to improve profit margins.

In addition, the role demands strategic productivity management focused on cost control, operational efficiency, and continuous adherence to Operational Excellence initiatives related to food and labor. The manager is instrumental in training and supervising teams to maintain quality and control standards while ensuring compliance with all applicable policies concerning safety, health, and labor regulations.

Aramark values versatility and the willingness to adapt as tasks and priorities evolve, emphasizing the development of new skills and proactive contributions to achieving organizational goals.
