Job Requirements

Associate's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years management experience
Minimum of 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
Strong leadership and communication skills
Commitment to upholding high standards and company policies
Passion for creating memorable patient experiences
Solid understanding of nutrition and specialized diets

Job Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years management experience
Minimum of 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for creating memorable patient experiences
Solid understanding of nutrition and specialized diets
Credentials such as Registered Dietitian, Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), or a degree in Nutrition preferred

Job Duties

Evaluate and enhance service levels for the Patient Services Program to exceed patient and customer satisfaction
Oversee Sodexo's Patient Dining Program including daily meal rounding and service recovery
Collaborate with clinical, food service, and interdisciplinary teams to elevate the patient experience
Conduct tray assessments to ensure food quality, presentation, and accuracy
Maintain compliance with Sodexo's gold check standards and support successful regulatory inspections
