Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years management experience
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to upholding high standards and company policies
- Passion for creating memorable patient experiences
- Solid understanding of nutrition and specialized diets
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for creating memorable patient experiences
- Solid understanding of nutrition and specialized diets
- Credentials such as Registered Dietitian, Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), or a degree in Nutrition preferred
Job Duties
- Evaluate and enhance service levels for the Patient Services Program to exceed patient and customer satisfaction
- Oversee Sodexo's Patient Dining Program including daily meal rounding and service recovery
- Collaborate with clinical, food service, and interdisciplinary teams to elevate the patient experience
- Conduct tray assessments to ensure food quality, presentation, and accuracy
- Maintain compliance with Sodexo's gold check standards and support successful regulatory inspections
