Job Requirements

At least 2 years lead food management experience with a focus on patient services and satisfaction
strong working knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
excellent leadership and communication skills
commitment to quality and customer service
flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
associate's degree or equivalent experience
willingness to support retail operations within the hospital

minimum 2 years lead food management experience with a focus on patient services and satisfaction
strong working knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
excellent leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

Manage daily patient meal operations and frontline staff
conduct patient rounding to drive satisfaction
ensure regulatory compliance and food safety
assist with retail operations as needed
collaborate with nursing and clinical staff
provide direction, guidance, and supervision of patient hospitality to employees at patient care units
serve as senior and primary representative of patient care activities
