Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of applicable medical office experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer skills including data entry and word processing
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow privacy policy
- Ability to handle physical requirements including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Adaptability and ability to work under pressure
- Completion of Clinic Core Front Desk Training post-hire
