Known for employing modern dental technologies and upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence, Cameo Dental Specialists aims to create an environment where patients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for throughout their dental journey. The clinic is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, ensuring equal opportunity employment and a culture where all team members can thrive and contribute meaningfully. The practice offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits that enhance employee well-being and support professional growth.

The role of Dental Patient Relations Coordinator at Cameo Dental Specialists is integral to ensuring an excellent patient experience and efficient practice operation. This position serves as the first point of contact, greeting patients warmly and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. The coordinator is responsible for managing patient appointments and provider calendars, effectively handling phone communications, and addressing patient inquiries with clarity and care. Verifying insurance coverage, securing necessary pre-authorizations, and processing payments form essential parts of the role, requiring attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping. The coordinator also manages patient records and data entry, coordinates patient flow within the office, and supports administrative functions to facilitate smooth daily operations.

In addition to these core responsibilities, the coordinator must ensure compliance with patient confidentiality standards and HIPAA regulations, safeguarding sensitive patient information meticulously. This position demands strong organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to addressing challenges within a dynamic dental practice environment. With a salary range of $20 to $24 per hour, this opportunity provides the chance to work in a supportive team setting while developing valuable skills in dental office management and patient relations. The work schedule is structured to support work-life balance, and employees are offered a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, and paid holidays.
