Job Description
Aspen Dental is a leading dental service organization (DSO) committed to putting You first by providing job security and career growth within a supportive and world-class environment. With independently owned and operated Aspen Dental practices across the country, the company offers comprehensive non-clinical business support through Aspen Dental Management, Inc. This structure allows dental professionals to focus on providing exceptional care while benefiting from a robust support network. Aspen Dental prides itself on its best-in-class training programs, competitive compensation, and flexible scheduling, designed to help employees thrive. The company emphasizes a culture of compassion, collaboration, and innovation, enhancing both the patient experience and employee satisfaction.
Joining Aspen Dental as a Patient Coordinator, known within the company as a Patient Experience Coordinator, provides a unique opportunity to positively influence patients' lives and give back to the community. In this full-time role, with a salary range of $16 to $18 per hour, you will be at the frontline of patient interaction, responsible for creating lasting impressions through superior patient service. You will report to the Manager and engage in daily front office tasks that build trust, loyalty, and care according to stringent company policies and dental regulations. The company invests in your success with a comprehensive four-week training program that equips you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your role. Responsibilities include scheduling and confirming appointments, verifying insurance and payment collections, organizing patient charts, and balancing deposits and credit card processing. The role is pivotal in maintaining the seamless operation of the dental office while ensuring a welcoming and efficient patient experience. Aspen Dental values ethical conduct, excellent communication skills, time management, organization, and a detail-oriented mindset among its team members. Embracing continuous learning through Aspen’s TAG U platform, employees have access to ongoing development opportunities fostering both personal and professional growth. Aspen Dental-branded practices, though independently owned and operated by licensed dentists, benefit from the shared vision and support of the broader Aspen Dental network. The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer that encourages diversity and inclusion, ensuring a respectful and equitable working environment for all qualified candidates regardless of race, religion, gender, or disability. This role is ideal for individuals who are compassionate, organized, and eager to contribute to a dynamic dental care team while advancing their careers in the healthcare support field.
