The role of Patient Concierge is a critical position within Dental Excellence Group, designed to enhance the patient experience from the moment they arrive. Reporting directly to the Office Manager, the Patient Concierge supports the practice’s mission by delivering exceptional service that is welcoming, professional, and personalized. This team member serves as the first point of contact for patients and parents, helping to create a positive and calming environment that puts everyone at ease.

The Patient Concierge is responsible for managing patient check-ins, maintaining accurate records, and fostering strong relationships that encourage trust and comfort. They work closely with dental doctors, clinical staff, and management to ensure patient needs are met promptly and effectively, contributing to the practice’s high patient satisfaction ratings and positive referrals. This role is ideal for individuals who have excellent interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, and a genuine passion for helping others.

By participating in the brand's internal marketing initiatives and celebrations, the Patient Concierge also helps boost the practice's community presence and engagement.   • Previous experience in customer service or a patient-facing role preferred

Job Duties

  • Create a warm and welcoming first impression by enthusiastically greeting patients and parents upon arrival and assisting with the check-in process
  • Maintain accurate patient records by updating contact, insurance, and health information
  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously
  • Go above and beyond to create a memorable patient experience through attentive, friendly, and accommodating service
  • Take ownership of the patient experience by proactively assessing patient and parent needs and responding appropriately
  • Collaborate with doctors, staff, and management to communicate patient needs, minimize wait times, and ensure a smooth visit experience
  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked reception areas and patient bathrooms
  • Capture patient photos and enthusiastically support internal marketing initiatives and celebrations
  • Assist with general administrative and front-office duties as needed
