The Front Desk team members, also called Patient Concierges, play a vital role at Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics by exemplifying the company's mission through exceptional service. This role is full-time and offers an hourly wage ranging from 14.00 to 15.00 USD, depending on location and experience. Patient Concierges serve as the first point of contact and last friendly face for patients, setting the tone for a 5-star patient experience during every visit. Their responsibilities extend beyond greeting patients; they efficiently handle essential administrative tasks such as verifying insurance, managing patient paperwork, and scheduling a variety of patient appointments including new patients, recalls, and emergency visits. Patient Concierges are cross-trained in basic back office functions to better support the team and enhance patient service delivery. The position typically requires a workweek of five days including alternating Saturdays with a mandatory presence on two Saturdays each month. This role demands strong communication skills, customer service expertise, and the ability to maintain organization in a fast-paced dental office environment.
