Job Requirements

- associate’s or technical degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience preferred
- strong organizational skills

- ability to maintain a professional appearance in communications

- ability to perform multiple clerical tasks efficiently

Job Duties
- perform general receptionist duties
- maintain department records, reports, and statistics
- maintain patient medical records and all related documents
- oversee supplies and equipment inventories, department costs and other budgetary information, and office files
- assist with patient document preparation
- participate in departmental performance improvement and quality assurance activities
- utilize and update departmental databases
- perform secretarial and clerical duties including editing and composing correspondence, handling mail, answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
