Job Requirements
- Requires high school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience related to medical or hospital setting required
- Insurance and over the counter collections experience preferred
- Excellent grammar and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Accurate, mature, flexible, and meticulous to detail
- Self-starter
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of medical and financial information
- Pleasant attitude dealing with public and staff
- Ability to type 45 wpm and use 10-key calculator
- Ability to read and understand benefits for all insurances
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Perform patient registration for emergency room, outpatient, and inpatient services
