The role of Pastry Supervisor at Legends Global is integral to maintaining the high standards the company is known for. This position is based on-site at the renowned AT&T Stadium and involves overseeing the daily production of pastries, breads, desserts, and other specialty items for various stadium outlets, premium spaces, restaurants, catering events, and special occasions. The Pastry Supervisor works under the guidance of the Executive Pastry Chef and culinary leadership to ensure efficient operations, adherence to quality standards, food safety, and exceptional guest experiences.
In this leadership position, the Pastry Supervisor is responsible for managing pastry team members through scheduling, training, coaching, and development. The role demands a proactive approach to supervising pastry production consistent with forecasted business needs, while maintaining strict portion control, presentation standards, and recipe compliance. Coordination skills are critical for handling high-volume production during game days, concerts, premium events, and catering functions.
Operational responsibilities also include inventory management, product usage monitoring, stock rotation using the FIFO method, and waste reduction. Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and company policies is paramount, alongside maintaining clean, organized, and safe kitchen environments. Monitoring labor productivity and assisting with staffing assignments supports smooth operations in a fast-paced setting. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or GED required
- minimum of 2 years of pastry or baking experience in a high-volume operation
- previous supervisory or lead experience preferred
- strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, food safety, and sanitation standards
- demonstrated leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as business demands require
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Supervise, schedule, train, coach, and develop pastry team members
