  • Specialized training or education in pastry
  • Valid AZ Food Handlers License
  • Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience in baking and pastry production
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee the production of required supply of baked goods and pastries
  • Schedule staff and ensure food quality
  • Supervise and train staff in production of baked goods and pastries
  • Responsible for employee selection, training, development, and performance counseling
  • Manage production of wedding cakes for the resort's event spaces
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef and kitchen team to innovate pastry offerings
