We are currently seeking a Pastry Sous Chef to join our team starting mid-summer. This full-time, hourly leadership position plays a crucial role in shaping the future of our pastry program. As one of two Pastry Sous Chefs, you will collaborate closely with our Pastry Chef and ownership team to support daily production operations, maintain quality control, and contribute to seasonal menu development. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in pastry production
- prior leadership or supervisory experience
- ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- strong organizational skills
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- capability to perform physical tasks associated with baking
