Job Requirements
- culinary degree or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of pastry chef experience
- supervisory experience in a high-volume bakery or restaurant
- valid food handler certification
- strong organizational skills
- flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
- ability to stand for long periods during shifts
