Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous culinary or pastry preparation experience preferred
- Ability to follow established recipes and production guidelines
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and organization

Job Duties
- Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the chef
- Prepare pastry items following established quantities and recipes
- Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste log sheets
- Taste completed meals to ensure quality
- Operate and clean equipment per department procedures after each use
- Store, label and date all food items according to policy
- Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety
- Take orders from customers and prepare items requiring short preparation time
- Serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner
- Resolve customer concerns
- Complete orders from steam tables and grill and serve customers at multiple stations
- Comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures
- Complete all required documentation, reports and logs as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
