It stands as one of the most significant architectural works on Miami Beach, embodying high-class style, art, and culture. This world-class resort offers guests a multifaceted experience where design, music, fashion, technology, and hospitality come together to create a vibrant and dynamic environment. Fontainebleau is known for its innovative guest experiences ranging from high-end dining, lavish spas, event spaces, retail outlets, and entertainment venues. It has continued to evolve while maintaining the vision of being a stage on which every guest plays a unique and memorable role.
The role of Kitchen Steward at Fontainebleau Miami Beach is critical to ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in the food and beverage operations of the resort. A Kitchen Steward plays a vital role behind the scenes by cleaning pots, pans, floors, shelving units, trolleys, crockery, silverware, and cutlery. Maintaining clean work areas is essential to upholding the resort’s quality standards as well as complying with health and safety regulations. This position involves more than routine cleaning; it supports the smooth operation of the kitchen by keeping equipment and back-of-house areas sanitized and organized. The Kitchen Steward is also responsible for the proper use of safety equipment, adherence to chemical usage protocols, and maintaining sanitary conditions throughout various kitchen environments.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin or develop their careers in hospitality within one of Miami Beach's premier resorts. The role demands attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment alongside kitchen staff and management. Strong communication skills in English are essential to effectively coordinate tasks and follow important safety and cleanliness guidelines. At Fontainebleau Miami Beach, the Kitchen Steward is a cornerstone in delivering exceptional guest dining experiences by ensuring the kitchens remain impeccably clean and safe.
